Booked today 19/08/25 a table for 6 , came here in February & April for lunch as it was really good But Today came with family and it was Awful, 3 young staff just standing behind bar talking amongst themselves and no help with ordering our 6 meals told get our own food & drinks from bar & cutlery etc . I came here in a busy season which was maybe a mistake. The food had an hour wait although we had been warned about this as there was a problem in the kitchen so that was ok (also it is not normally like this). Despite that, the beer and food was lovely. Brilliant pub grub. Outstanding local ales and beers, especially Shitzu Face and Blonde ? Pretty outdoor area but inside is a little bit dank. Can't fault the staff!
