Today just before closing, I witnessed the sales assistant tell a customer who was returning trainers in perfect condition, with packaging, within 28 days that they can't get a refund, only credit. Spent over a Hundred quid in Sports direct in Kendal on a Sunday morning. When I got home a got a parking ticket . Bad for business I've told all my friends at football teams never go there.

Worst place to shop if you want any kind of customer service. The children who work there seem annoyed that they have to do any work and the old people running the place seem to have given up on life all together.
