“I visited the Kendal store May 12th 2022, I can't praise the two lady assistants enough was looking for a wedding outfit, they brought me loads of outfits and the last one I tried on was just right for a summer wedding and it was a colour I never wear. I would just like to say Klass is very lucky to have such lovely ladies working for them they are a great asset to the store”
“Went into the branch as I wanted a car check, a young man named Dylan was at the till and advised me that with the Motoring Club you receive a 10 point car check, he was very helpful and informed me that my tyres needed replacing which I was not aware of, he was also training a new member of staff whilst keeping up the amazing customer service, will be back again soon. “Amazing charity shop!The stock is rotated often, the staff is kind and helpful and unlike the other reviews says: the prices are actually really good!Designer items will be priced more then other items but that's because they are a designer item!The prices on the other stock are good.Covid 19 rules are followed and there is plenty of space now to walk around and browse!”

“- A nice and big branch of M&S.- You get what you expect from a big M&S.- There is also a very nice M&S cafe area at the back - the coffee here is great! (We had a latte and a decaf latte. The decaf one was slightly weak so we had to order an extra espresso shot which made it perfect. The normal latte was just awesome!)- There are quite a lot of parking spaces + a payable underground parking.”
