“Absolutely fantastic convenience store with the most amazing bakery at the back! If you ever need a fresh sandwich, pastry, pie, cake, cookie, tray bake etc., I recommend giving this place a try ?

The staff are also lovely ?

Please note, if Google says this place is permanently closed, that's a load of rubbish... I popped in today and spoke to the staff when Google said it was permenantly closed and it seems like someone has a grudge against them, or is trying to reduce competition, as it keeps happening ?”

“An absolute gem of a shop to have on your doorstep. No matter what you find you’ve run out of or need urgently 9 times out of 10 they stock it. Staff are so friendly and helpful and they will even order things in for you from their suppliers if they can. A huge asset to the community and a lifeline for so many.”

“Brilliant shop! Very clean, well stocked and most importantly reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The selection of produce is second to none, and for that reason I will definitely shop there again.”

“For a small Spar this place has a great selection of fresh fruit and veg, canned products, baked products, snacks, ice cream, beers, cider, lagers, perry, spirits such as vodka and whisky, wine, tobacco, and other things you may expect from a Spar including great value LED torches, and the staff are super friendly. Only downside is due to the age of the building there are some steps inside as well as entering the building. The Bryson's steak slices are particularly good too!”

“My son and I stopped here late on 24 Dec as services closed (thankfully). The lads on the counter were very pleasant, we bought Diesel along with toasted sarnies and hot chocolate. The toilets were lovely and clean and I have to say, even though BP charge more than local garages, it was worth the extra for good service and clean facilities. I've used Killington Lakes before but not the garage am so glad McD etc were closed as found a nicer stopover. Well done to those who work at this garage.”

“Excellent little Tesco Express just in the right place. It is in a smaller older shop than normal. It is not as clean as my local one, but the service was very quick.”
