“The Manor House has recently started serving to the public through the week and we have heard the fabulous reviews and decided to attend!All I can say is that the food, service and surroundings were absolute perfection. The food is incredible and made with such incredible ingredients, skill and talent. I thoroughly recommend to attend it really was a first class experience. The service was also brilliant and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be booking again very soon and it is a credit to Cockermouth to have somewhere that is a real fine dining experience. Thank you for a lovely evening!”

“Friendly staff and has a busy but calm atmosphere, partly because of the regular visitors to the swimming lessons. The food was excellent and our room was a suite, which was a wonderful surprise. Parking could be an issue but I am sure the staff would help manage the situation. Highly recommended.”
