Horrible company. Full of excuses and empty promises. They say they will come get your vehicle, but never show up. You try to call them, but wait hours and get transferred multiple times to the same person. They don't even know where your car is (they said they already picked my car up, but it was sitting in my garage).Stay clear!

Can't thank Egerton's enough! I stupidly managed to lock myself out of the car with my keys inside the car. Egerton's came out immediately and stood in the wind, rain and pitch black for over an hour to try get me back into my car.Absolutely fab service, went out their way to make sure I was in my car and on the road again.Will definitely be my first choice for any other breakdowns etc in the future!

They recovered my van due to a police incident. Unfortunately £260 went missing from my van... police and recovery place aren't interested. I'm gutted I really needed that 260 to survive on.. I can't see a police officer risking the job title for 260 so that only leaves the Recovery Driver or staff

Had a suspension issue just outside Carlisle, Egerton's arrived within 30 minutes and took me to a local garage. The women (sorry I couldn't remember her name) was friendly, efficient, professional and even working past her hours. Highly recommended.

Arrived within 30 mins of calling. The young Mechanic, Andrew went above and beyond to repair my car at the road. He quickly identified a pipe that was leaking, and even replaced it for me! Amazing service. Honestly, he couldn?t have been more helpful and friendly and saved me a fortune if it had to go to a local repair garage. 5* service. SuperbService: General repairs & maintenance
