Horrible company. Full of excuses and empty promises. They say they will come get your vehicle, but never show up. You try to call them, but wait hours and get transferred multiple times to the same person. Can't thank Egerton's enough! I stupidly managed to lock myself out of the car with my keys inside the car. Egerton's came out immediately and stood in the wind, rain and pitch black for over an hour to try get me back into my car.Absolutely fab service, went out their way to make sure I was in my car and on the road again.Will... read full comment

They recovered my van due to a police incident. Unfortunately £260 went missing from my van... police and recovery place aren't interested. I'm gutted I really needed that 260 to survive on.. I can't see a police officer risking the job title for 260 so that only leaves the Recovery Driver or staff
