I've been with lloyds for 60 years and have noticed the decline in their service. Recently they withdrew overdraft vacilities across the board for those who were financially struggling - despite their offers of giving assistance. As lloyds bank customers for many years we are disappointed with the way we where treated when our van insurance automatically renewed on a sunday via email had to wait till Monday to call and cancel (fine) I called as hubby work lady answered said hubby had to call ( I am named driver & bank accounts joint) (hassle)...

Penrith Lloyds closed May this year, using very dubious statistics. The promise made by this banking institution was that there was alternative banking available in Carlisle and Kendal. A matter of weeks later, Kendal closes. The Carlisle branch does not open on Saturdays and we now find out that it is also close on Wednesday's!!...
