Seriously not happy with Halifax, try to sort out my account and open new account for my kids, told me have to do everything online. Sorry I am not happy with Halifax. I tried to book an appointment at the Branch on the phone, told I could walk in and be seen. When I tried this was informed in a very unhelpful lady that I had to do everything on line.
