Expensive. A family member had two coil packs replaced on a 3 cylinder Polo a while back - looking over the receipts we paid about an hour's labour (takes about ten minutes, as I have done it myself on other cars) and there was a charge of around £10 for "wire", for which must have amounted to a maximum of 10 centimetres... read full comment
