“Booked my car in to have the tracking done after having the tyres replaced elsewhere I messaged on Facebook and they replied straight away and arranged a time that suited me even though they were busy. Dropped the car off and an hour later had a call to say the tracking was fine so didn’t need any adjustments made and didn’t charge me for their time. Really appreciated their honesty and efficient service I will definitely come back for anything else I need after such a great experience- thank you!”

“Amazing experience at Carlisle Audi. Had a major car problem as we were driving through on our way up to Scotland. We walked in unannounced and they managed to fit us into a busy Friday schedule. “Was stuck with a flat tyre and had travelled all the way from yorkshire. Didn't have a spare and nearest air compressor at Tesco was out of use. Everything closed (Sunday) but luckily Kwik fit was opening at 10am.They were fully booked in however Brad who i spoke to went above and beyond and got me sorted.
