One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. Staff were dismissive to the point of being rude (service counter were good, but overwhelmed). My wife and I visited today, 8 April, just as they opened. I was looking for some shoes. The guy that helped me was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. We were then served by an equally friendly female cashier. Well done for making a chore so troublesome and boring, pleasant.
