“We popped into the Truro store on the off chance of buying my son’s school shoes.
We were welcomed by a member of staff (the manager I believe) and directed to Annabelle.
Annabelle was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient, the whole experience was straightforward and we left with a pair of well fitting shoes and feeling very well prepared for the new term ahead!”

“Not keen on the self service, especially when you buy clothes with the tags on now it's your responsibility to take them off, your asking for trouble not all people will put them in the bin provided, your asking for trouble!”

“This shop is clean and tidy. They have unusual shoes both in colour and design.The staff are friendly and helpful.My one complaint as non smoker is that there is quite often a strong smell of tobacco in the shop.”

“I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the lady in the lingerie department in Truro, lovely lady short dark hair, wearing spectacles and a measuring tape as a necklace!
I’m in my 40’s and I have never been measured for my bra size, today I went with the intent of purchasing bras at the size I thought I always was, after 4 sets of trying on, I asked whether there was any fitting/measuring appointments, the assistant gave me a slot within 30mins, I was anxious to being measured.
The lady that measured was polite, reassuring and discreet.
After measuring the lady went and came back with bras to try, the first bra which she helped fit was THE most comfortable bra I have ever had the pleasure to wear, looking in the mirror I felt and looked amazing, the lady informed me my size and I was blow away that I had been wearing completely the wrong size for so very long, I was actually tearing up as I couldn’t believe how comfortable I felt.
I want to thank that lady with the measuring tape necklace, you have changed my confidence.”

“They had pretty wellies in my size and my lovely friend bought them for me. To be honest I didn't pay a great deal of attention but remember the staff were keen, pleasant and professional. The store was bright, clean and tidy.”

“I came in with my assistance dog. I went in to try some clothes on in the fitting rooms and the lovely lady running the fitting rooms at the time led us to an accessible changing room so that my AD could have plenty of space whilst I dressed. Absolutely lovely lady and great customer service.”
