“Honestly, I was expecting to walk in and grab a pair of doc martens just before christmas and was not expecting the amazing service I got.The young girl, Millie, who served me was fantastic. She was bubbly, personable, and very helpful.I came out of that shop with another purchase that I was umming and aring about that Millie helped me make a decision, and it was a good one.A really lovely service, as if they had all their focus on me despite it being a busy holiday season.Just overall well done to all the staff there, and the easy to use systems with ordering and everything, came out of the store with a smile on my face.”

It opens into the main walkway to all the other toilets, so if you are in a wheelchair it gets very congested”

“Lots of parking. Easy access. Lots on offer for all clothes wise and pretty good home dept. Staff are polite n friendly and even if the til que looks long it doesn't take long to go”

“Had to take my children in to get trainers yesterday, their feet are growing at an alarming rate! It is a large store and didn’t seem that busy (we have been in there when it is completely packed). We saw four members of staff of which the two youngest appeared to be doing all the work. Chris who helped us with the shoes was an absolute star. Not only was he serving us, but two or three other customers. My son’s shoe size has gone up stupidly which meant Chris had to (eventually) get three different lots of shoes. Awesome service from him and the lad at the till, who seemed to be running around like a mad thing doing lots of jobs at once - I didn’t think to ask his name. Either way, they probably deserve a pay rise!”
