Bad customer service. Rude comments made to me after they lost my parcel. Not the first time one of my parcels had been lost in this store, I end up leaving the shop feeling very embarrassed with the way the member of staff has spoken to me in front of other costumers.

The staff are really friendly and extremely helpful, well stocked shop, brilliantly decorated for different times of the year, a pleasure to shop there.

Use the shop a lot for picking up parcels and purchasing items. Usually the staff are lovely and friendly but today was a different experience altogether. Some staff training required with the younger members. No smile, no good morning, no please, no thank you! Just down right rude!
