Went into Santander Truro yesterday for my son to make a very important transaction regarding house purchase.all staff busy helping customers in an orderly professional manner.
We were served by a lovely young lady at cash desk who couldn't have made the transaction easier and was an asset to the business.

Several times gone in and had to wait almost half an hour to even move and had to walk out, the staff don't seem to have any 'go' to them
