I am hopeless remembering names but The service I received recently at Truro to discuss changes to my numerous ISA'S was amazing and a most pleasurable experience. I have been with Barclays since pussy was a kitten and now aged 82 I would not use any other bank. Thank you ladies.

I visited the Truro branch of Barclays regarding the transfer of an ISA which was due to mature. I was assisted by Lucien whom I found to be very courteous. Lucien helped guide me through the various stages of the app from opening a new ISA ready for the transfer and ensuring that this would be achieved without any penalties.... read full comment
