I am hopeless remembering names but The service I received recently at Truro to discuss changes to my numerous ISA'S was amazing and a most pleasurable experience. I have been with Barclays since pussy was a kitten and now aged 82 I would not use any other bank. Thank you ladies.

I visited the Truro branch of Barclays regarding the transfer of an ISA which was due to mature. I was assisted by Lucien whom I found to be very courteous. Lucien helped guide me through the various stages of the app from opening a new ISA ready for the transfer and ensuring that this would be achieved without any penalties. I was very pleased with the service I received today and would not hesitate to visit the branch again for assisstance should the need arise. Thank you Lucien.

What an absolutely great experience, beats online banking! The staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating, they went over and above to deal with an elderly, disabled friend who we managed to get to the bank just before closing time. There was no fuss about assisting her in the car, the bank went to her...awesome! They were so reassuring and resolved her issue most efficiently in a friendly and polite way, just what was needed. So a massive thank you to the two members of staff who helped us today, Friday 22nd August, you are a real asset to the bank and your profession. You made an old lady extremely happy, many thanks

We had a long journey travelling from West Sussex to Truro to help my aging parents to organise their finances. My Dad's mobility has declined rapidly since we were last able to visit. I struggled to half carry & support him from the car park to the town centre, there were a few simply wonderful café & gallery staff who saw us falter and helped with chairs, water & support. But by far the most wonderful person of Truro was Andrea from the Barclays Truro Branch.
From the start Andrea stepped up, before we had even entered the building - seeing & understanding mine & my fathers struggle with his extremely limited mobility and effort to get to the branch steps. Andrea organised a chair outside and helped me to make my father comfortable & safe, after a rest she carefully helped me physically lift & support my venerable Father into the branch, with a strong focus on wellbeing and duty of care. She created a secure & private temporary safe space for our interview and then proceeded to work with myself & my father to understand the current finance issues, advise & detail the available solutions and facilitate the best fit resolutions - with each step she was conscientious & understanding to our problems and detailed the safeguards & options ensuring all parties had full awareness of her actions to support us in a stressful time.
My father has been a customer for over 60 years; the above & beyond actions, proficient & professional approach and diligent & caring manner from Andrea have shown me why my Dad has remained loyal to the bank.
A massive thank you Andrea and the staff at Barclays Truro for making an anxious situation, positive and hopeful for a venerable customer and their family - to Barclays Bank I commend the caliber of the staff you employ and if you can award Andrea on our behalf, that would be gratefully appreciated & well deserved!

I just wanted to take the time to say a heartfelt thank you to Vanessa and the team at Barclays Truro Branch today. I popped in to cash in a cheque at lunchtime today and my 4 month-old daughter was due a feed and started hysterically crying. As a breastfeeding mother, feeding my baby can be very difficult in public for various reasons. Not only did they try to soothe my daughter, Vanessa and her team found me a quiet comfortable room which allowed my daughter to feed in peace and comfortably. Through no fault of the bank, I was unable to cash in my cheque today, but I WAS able to breastfeed my baby. The compassion and empathy I received today was overwhelming and I am incredibly grateful! ?
