Would rate lower if I could. Very poor customer service. went in to try and sort a problem with my phone, manager refused to help even though I purchased phone with o2. Just laughed avoid this place strong ego weak personality. I would imagine with this level of customer service the shop will be shut this year.

Very odd experience with Josh at this store last week.I came in as I was having problems getting a PAYG sim card to work in a wireless dongle. He ignored me for a little bit, and then was very rude and dismissive, telling me that PAYG sims aren't designed to work in dongles and they "don't allow data sharing." Then he told...
