“3 mobile service in Truro is awful. For months on calls I can hear the other end but they can't hear me. I like a short distance from Truro and in theory it should work. The staff in the 3 shop are helpful but can't improve the service”

“EBONY WAS AMAZING I went in to switch from O2 to EE and get the new iPhone 15 pro. The lovely Ebony served me. I was super nervous about going in but she greeted me with a smile and sorted me out in no time with my new phone. Switched me from O2 - EE no problem and even made sure I kept the same phone number!After only having the phone for a couple days I was worried about the battery on my new phone (seemed to be running out fast.) I went to the St Austell store. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience there.I phoned up the Truro store today and Ebony answered the phone where once again I was greeted nicely and she was so kind. She covered all my issues no problem. Amazing customer service from her and EE now have a very happy customer because of her! Thank you”
