Door says they close at 17:30. We ran in at 17:24 and were greeted by a woman who was clearly excited to get home who said “No. we’re closed now!” Don’t get me wrong , I know they wouldn’t want to be kept after closing… but she could’ve just let us know. I came in with my assistance dog. I went in to try some clothes on in the fitting rooms and the lovely lady running the fitting rooms at the time led us to an accessible changing room so that my AD could have plenty of space whilst I dressed. Absolutely lovely lady and great customer service.
