Trying to get through to either your call centres or branches on a Saturday is still a nightmare.. Why don’t you employ more staff.. I am glad I left Nationwide after 26 years banking with you.. Your waiting times are a disgrace & you should be ashamed of yourself..

Really poor service today with only one trained cashier on the desk of four - waiting over 10 minutes to be served in the queue and someone came in to sort out an account query and went to the front desk and was seen straight away - so good way to queue hop and when queried with member of staff got a very poor response... read full comment
