Another wait of over an hour for a prescription to be prepared. This has been going on for over 3 months and perhaps longer. It is blamed on staff shortages according to the notice. It was obviously a difficult day for them and for patients: there were what seemed like literally 100s of people waiting to collect prescriptions, every seat was taken, people were sitting on the floor in the corridor and standing wherever they could find a space, I waited nearly two hours in a very unhealthy environment... read full comment

My consultant ordered my chemo meds to be delivered to my surgery on 18 September 2024. I’m still waiting. Very poor service
