“Wow! What outstanding service we received from St Mawes Pharmacy when my husband found the medication he had brought with him was short and we were time limited to collect. They well and truly went out of their way to help us out. Not only a polite and friendly service on the phone, but when we missed their early closing and were leaving the area before they opened again they arranged to meet us at the pharmacy, cutting into a meeting, to give us our prescription. Well above and beyond the call of duty especially to non-locals. Can't thank them enough for helping us out.”

“I've been using this pharmacy for nearly a year now. Tesco were abysmal and quite brash (I even got screamed at by one particular woman just for asking if my prescription, which was ordered a week prior, was ready. It wasn't.), Boots were slower than a snail and made me go without vital medicine and nutritional support a few times. There were even times they hadn't ordered these medicines until nearly a week after the doctor had requested them. Reeds, however, are fantastic. They always treat me with dignity and respect and always have all of my medications in stock (which, admittedly, is hard, as some of my medicines are rare prescriptions). When I was on the most nutritional support, one particularly nice technician was lovely enough to drop off all those boxes at my house, instead of making me carry it or pay for a taxi. Top service!”

“I visited the Truro boots during the Christmas period from London. Although I imagine is is one of their busier periods they seemed very short staffed and I heard a customer complain that it is often like this. On a positive, I was looking for a very particular type of foundation as often find them too heavy and the woman from Estée Lauder was friendly and very knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect one. She also helped me pick up some Christmas presents.”
