“Attended a a lay DIY person today and was greeted and served by Sophie and her male colleague. An absolute pleasure to be served by such cheerful, friendly and helpful staff makes such a difference, when you don't really know what you need. Not being felt to fell like a person who isn't meant to be there, because they are 'In the trade' made me purchase more and feel like a valued customer. The staff were a credit to the company by the way they didn't make me feel like an unknowledgable fool. Thank You.”
“Amazing shop! We've walked past this shop lots of times and I never realised how big it is. Massive selection of everything over two floors. Their toy department has a large selection for babies to adults, and at great prices too. Big Christmas area and everything hardware. They seem to sell everything!”

“Amazing, in the current climate with COVID I felt very safe, as we entered and left, the staff cleaned the handles we had to touch. Everyone stayed apart and was considerate (seeing we had masks on). Fantastically run and fantastic staff.”
