“Visited the outlet today at lunchtime.I normally go between 6pm and 7 pm.Completey different at lunchtime obviously 8 customers waiting.I was there for over 10 mins but throughout the delays both myself and all the other customers were kept informed of why there was a delay and what the digital options were to reduce our waiting times.A first class professional and friendly service.Today was about the 10th time I've been in to pick up an order.Everytime it's been a good experience.However I will try and avoid lunchtimes in future.Keep up the Good Work Guys?”

“Personally I can't praise this place enough. Chris that works there can't do enough for you, and prices on certain things like plasterboard is cheaper than B&Q, I think that's why most builders/traders go to Jewsons.I actually think its a shame Jewsons doesn't install kitchens and bathrooms in the same way as B&Q does, as they would have better and more contacts of fitters probably than B&Q does, and based on that theory alone I think they could set up a showroom and do this. Especially as they have a great team working for them.”
