Visited today to buy a new phone. After waiting for 10 mins eventually find an employee and then get completely ignored as they talk with another employee instead.

Went in to the shop as phone had frozen and was only 8 months into a 24 month contract. Girl I spoke to looked at it and then said there was nothing she could do, I asked if anyone else could look at it and she said no as they were short staffed. Was told they could send it off to be looked at but it could take weeks and...

We could have found cheaper, and did, but this has better connectivity than most for this area, worth the extra couple of quid. Staff very helpful
