Two different staff members told us complete different shoe sizes for my daughter! I dont think any of them know what they are actually doing and it feels like they are being really pushy and want you to buy the shoes, I wonder if they are on some sort of commission or have to meet sales targets as its all very pushy, shoving... read full comment

We popped into the Truro store on the off chance of buying my son’s school shoes. We were welcomed by a member of staff (the manager I believe) and directed to Annabelle. Annabelle was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient, the whole experience was straightforward and we left with a pair of well fitting shoes... read full comment
