Called in to get a quote for my car insurance the other month, it was a little complicated but the advisor I spoke to Tori was absolutely phenomenal! Answered all my questions, and even some I didn't think of! Thank you so much to the NFU mutual team. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

I called regarding an insurance claim and spoke to a claims handler, Sarah. She was very disinterested and I?m fairly certain gave me incorrect information. I would go to a different firm. One where customer service, listening skills and compliance are in their core beliefs

I have been very impressed with the service received to the point that all my insurances are now through this Company. No hesitation to recommending. Very quick service for me. I notice that there are a few negative reviews and I know for fact that all of the staff had Covid at one point. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Purchased a continental insurance for a next day travel and still awaiting a email too confirm who to call etc if I have a breakdown. Have called them three times they keep saying we willsend it well they didn't. I found the staff unhelpful and rude. Have now emailed a complaint to head office.

I called to request a quote for a trailer I had purchased, spoke to a lady who said she will call me back the following morning after taking all the details.I still havent heard from her or her office since and that was a month ago.I will be cancelling all my other insurances with NFU when they come up for renewal.
