Called in to get a quote for my car insurance the other month, it was a little complicated but the advisor I spoke to Tori was absolutely phenomenal! I called regarding an insurance claim and spoke to a claims handler, Sarah. She was very disinterested and I’m fairly certain gave me incorrect information. I would go to a different firm. One where customer service, listening skills and compliance are in their core beliefs
