The female staff member wearing blue doing the front desk for the bay view restaurant is so rude. Came across her on the 14th of March and we asked questions as it was our first night. She just came across as brash. But I thought nothing of it. As it could have been a language barrier. She was not busy. But it put me off... read full comment
