This Travelodge is clean but very outdated and really in need of a new design. Rooms clean but outdated. The location is convenient, nestled in the services next to Burger King and Subway, with Greggs just a couple of minutes’ drive away, and it also offers free parking which is a big plus. We will not be returning to this Travelodge. One evening in the hotel car park I received a load of verbal abuse from a hotel employee who was parked in a disabled bay. The hotel manageress had no interest in my complaint. Both employees showed complete incompetence in the job.
