This is a very busy pharmacy so there are inevitable queues on occasion. Please allow time for this.”
“This was the third pharmacy I had tried to obtain an essential medication for my husband which, apparently, has gone on short supply. The pleasant, Eastern European lady I spoke to immediately realised the urgency of the situation and said it could be dealt with within 30 minutes. I was so grateful - the other pharmacies tried to give me the non-essential medications and redirect me to the GP surgery, (who would obviously not be able to help)!

“Loveliest staff, a great and friendly team - were so very kind to me even though i was late and they were shutting up with people needing to pick up kids, they could see i was very upset and needed my medication but they were all so kind and lovely and were able to sort my medication quickly which i was very grateful for as i desperately needed them”
