“Delighted with the level of customer service we received from Sue today, we brought our 2 toddlers with us and asked if it was possible to view one of the rooms with them as we weren't sure how they would react to a large dimmed cinema room. Sue gave us a tour of room 3 and the children ended up being fine with the surroundings, we ended up booking a film for the following day.
