“Lovely little charity shop in the heart of Falmouth. Most of the staff are friendly however there is one, I think her name was Pauline?, who needs reminding what customer service really is. She came across as rude and arrogant. Cannot fault any other members of staff that I have had the pleasure of meeting in there. The shop itself is quite small. There isn't much room to move around if it is busy, especially at christmas when they have extra shelving out with cards, gifts and decorations. However with it being a smaller shop you do get a much better service. There's always a good selection of clothes, bags and shoes as well as DVDs, books and CDs. Sometimes they can be a little bit thin on mens and kids but its obviously just because that stuff hasn't been donated. This is definitely one of the friendliest charity shops in the locality, I just wish they would reeducate that one staff member on how to treat a paying customer.”
