“I went in on a very busy Saturday afternoon for my appointment i was greeted a soon as i walked in I was early for my appointment so had a look around the glasses I then sat and waited. I was called in before my allocated time slot to see the optician he was friendly and talked me through the whole process (i was a little nervous as hadn't been for along time) once seen the ladys at the front were friendly and happy to help. I sat down and by then i was the only person left in the shop i didnt feel like they were trying to rush me out as i was the last 1 on a Saturday evening they were fun and joking with me great customer service and pleasant atmosphere looking forward to picking ky glasses up next week”

A family member had forgotten medication when we were on holiday and after several telephone conversations between GP practice finally managed to get sorted with their help, only to have another family member realise they had forgotten important medication too!! “Pipped in just for a look. Good selection of stock in the sale after Christmas. However a lady next to me was trying to ask a member of staff about pricing and I found the individual quite abrupt with her responses and not helpful”
