“I’ve been using Hall's Pharmacy for quite a few years now and I’ve found the service to be absolutely fantastic.The staff always greet customers (at least in my experience) with politeness and compassion. Nothing is too much trouble and it seems that customers are always valued.Even when the pharmacy is incredibly busy, the staff remain unflustered and unflappable.Even when medications are not available due to national shortages, the staff will contact your GP on your behalf.It’s a pity some customers didn’t treat the staff with the politeness, respect and dignity that the staff show them.Always support your local businesses folks because if you don’t, they won’t survive!Sheila, Amy and ALL the team, you are all superstars. “I moved from Hall’s (another local pharmacy) to Tesco and what a difference. I am previously of a pharmacy back ground no am aware of the complexity of dispensing, stock and manufacturer supply issues. The staff are always kind, helpful and polite. A lot of the previous reviews seem to have give negative feedback owing to not being able to get the item prescribed; this is normally of no fault of the chemist but of the supplier/manufacturer.There is ample parking and it is extremely helpful that the chemist is open until 8pm.My only criticism is that they NEVER answer the phone.”
