Brilliant customer service from Holly in Penzance today! Took my 3 children to be measured for school shoes and trainers and it took some time to sort their super narrow feet into suitable shoes! Holly ensured they had room for growth while still being comfortable. Cost a small fortune but I know they won't fall apart before they're outgrown!

Cant believe that one of the staff members rolled their eyes at me! I was only checking to find a receipt for my 3 month guarantee for my daughters shoes since she said they felt abit tight. I couldn't find a receipt and asked if there was any chance that they could retrieve my records as it was just before the summer holidays i bought them. Degrudgingly she said no and then said that the 3 month guarantee was only introduced a month ago. Feeling rather silly i left only to be told by my daughter that she rolled her eyes at me. The shop was empty and i was the only customer there. Appalling. Not to mention my daughters shoe size hasnt grown that much in a short amount of time so must have been measured wrongly in the first place. Wont be going back truro was so much kinder and more helpful and took their time despite it being hellishly busy

I had a tricky request where a product I wanted had to be sourced from another Clarks shop quickly due to limited stock availability across the business. Moni at Clarks Penzance went the extra mile to track this down and arranged for in-store collection for me, providing updates throughout the process! Big thanks for the great customer service!
