Brilliant customer service from Holly in Penzance today! Took my 3 children to be measured for school shoes and trainers and it took some time to sort their super narrow feet into suitable shoes! Holly ensured they had room for growth while still being comfortable. Cost a small fortune but I know they won't fall apart before... read full comment

Cant believe that one of the staff members rolled their eyes at me! I was only checking to find a receipt for my 3 month guarantee for my daughters shoes since she said they felt abit tight. I couldn't find a receipt and asked if there was any chance that they could retrieve my records as it was just before the summer holidays... read full comment
