I brought my PS4 into to sell, I was told to come back in 40mins while they checked it. When I returned I was told that it didn't work and the controller was broken. Its no fault of the staff that the return policy is not what u may want but that's the risk u run when buying second hand it's buyer beware!! So apart from that, everything else is great... Completely horrible, rude and uniterested staff. Didnt check my items properly out of laziness and one was returned broken! Total failure all round
