“A traditional pub that is working hard to be just that. A good old fashioned traditional pub where you can go get a drink with your friends. It also offers good pub food at a reasonable price and served with a smile. The new owner served us a super steak and chips with delicious, reasonably priced deserts of sticky toffee pudding and Apple crumble. Both of these served with lashings of custard. My husband is looking forward to the new continental lager they’re planning on introducing soon. We often go to a pub and play cards or just chat together and this is an ideal place to do this. On top of that they’ve introduced new evening events and we look forward to watching some of the entertainment planned.”
