Store closes at 10pm, got there at 9:43, 17 minutes before store closes just to get an ice cream and was told they wouldn?t let us in because they ?have to make sure they get out at 10pm?. If a store opens at a certain time and closes at a certain time you should be allowed to go in, I understand if it?s 5 minutes or even 10 minutes before the store closes at a push, but to be turned away with nearly 20 minutes until close is a bit of a joke.

Very unhelpful staff, always chatting or doing something on their phones rather than serving and always taking their time when there is people waiting!! There was two people on the till one serving the other one doing nothing, just distracting the other worker and looking at the mobile. I?ve been a local for 6 years using this branch and since the new management it has been so terribly bad. I?m gonna stop using this branch until there is new staff and people that actually want to help a customer.

Walked for 20 minutes as desperately needed an iPhone charger for work purposes.Got there at 5pm to be told they were shut despite website and sign on wall of shop saying 10 pmThanks for the waste of time and energy and the surly attitude of the member of staff

Been in this shop a few times now and there is only ever one girl behind the till while other staff are out the back, even when standing there I've seen her try and call for assistance as there was quite a few customer and no one has bothered to help her, she has had to deal with rude and abusive customer because its taken so long for them to get to the till, but its not her fault if no one will help and she is doing the best she can do while working on her own on the tills, I think the staffing structure needs to be re worked and better care of staff required
