Store closes at 10pm, got there at 9:43, 17 minutes before store closes just to get an ice cream and was told they wouldn’t let us in because they ‘have to make sure they get out at 10pm’. Very unhelpful staff, always chatting or doing something on their phones rather than serving and always taking their time when there is people waiting!! There was two people on the till one serving the other one doing nothing, just distracting the other worker and looking at the mobile. I’ve been a local for 6 years using... read full comment

Walked for 20 minutes as desperately needed an iPhone charger for work purposes.Got there at 5pm to be told they were shut despite website and sign on wall of shop saying 10 pmThanks for the waste of time and energy and the surly attitude of the member of staff
