Shocking stay, told to email the manager to find no emails available, room noisy no sleep, left early, whole place needs renovation, heating system needs attention. Will never book again

What can I say but moved room as noisy and overlooked by next door restaurant so curtains closed constantly( reception already knew about room)to a room that is so noisy from radiator constantly bubbling to being able to hear the next rooms tv as mounted on wall behind our bed…at the point where we are leaving and not... read full comment

A friendly, bustling, down to earth place. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming and the staff had good personalities. I loved their attitude to dogs! They were allowed in part of the dining room and the whole atmosphere was buzzing and homely. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
