Not the experience we hoped for!

Location is the only thing the hotel has going for it. Customer service is woeful - I bought a voucher that included overnight stay, breakfast and dinner. The hotel charged me for dinner, then apologised and refunded me, then changed its mind and charged me anyhow. The spa facilities are very tired and if you stay you cannot... read full comment
