Arrived at intercom door to visit mother in last year of life when noticing masks being worn by staff . Staff member opened door and was asked , " why the masks ? , is there covid-19 present ? " , reply was, " no there isn't ! " , once again the mask wearing i queried and was then told , " oh , sorry yes there is covid-19... read full comment

We felt so lucky that our elderly Mum was resident at Chyvarhas. The care she received was outstanding from staff who really did care.I cannot praise the staff and management enough for their help and support.

My mum got put here from hospital ,all of the staff are friendly,and welcoming,they cater for all dietary needs,they do plenty of activities,have hairdresser in frequently . lovely gardens which residents & family can go out and sit it ,also love the different areas residents can go in dining room , lounge area & quiet... read full comment
