“Good selection of cheese, artisan jams, bread, and pies. We've been here before and pop in for mainly cheese. This time, I was served by an elderly lady who seemed quite rude. I was overly friendly as I live in Yorkshire and travel to Cornwall regularly. I didn't correctly name some items and joked I was from Yorkshire. She continued to correct what I said and stated things I asked for were expensive, very expensive. I travel a lot and don't usually need to look at prices of items, so I didn't find this very welcoming, considering I was spending a lot of money in the shop. I felt like I was watched and felt patronised. I may be 30 and appear young, but this has no bearing on what 'expensive items' I want to buy. The more I ordered, the more uncomfortable she appeared that I was going to take off without paying, she must've told me something was expensive 6 times. Please have a word with your staff not to judge someone on what they can and can't afford.”

“I do love a co-op. Gets pretty much whatever you need without breaking my bank account or selling my soul. Only thing to dislike are those green bags with break exactly 37seconds after exiting the store.”

“A delightful shop. Ditch the plastic bags, bring in your clean empty tupperware type boxes or paper bags and buy what you need. Fill up on dry goods. Empty washing liquid bottles, fill up here. So much good stuff in this shop. It's buy what you need. Marvellous.”

“A nice big store with lots of selection. The bakery is always pretty well stocked. The staff are always pretty helpful and cheery. There also isn't usually a huge queue at this store.”

“Not a bad store. Actually essential in a small town like Bude. As the alternative is a Morrison's Supermarket or a small Co-op. However, don't go there expecting to see The Bude Tunnel as in the picture. That was just a one-off Christmas event many years past. There is still a tunnel alongside the store but that was built many years earlier to protect shoppers transiting from the carpark from our glorious Cornish weather.”

“A great store with lots of variety. Good for a nice meal in the cafe too. Low petrol price also. Sadly, I tried using three different self checkout kiosks and they were all unhappy with "put item in bag", even tried lifting and dropping the bag back down, still unhappy...stuck at the first item going in the bag.”

“During our recent holiday in Bude, Cornwall, we made a delightful stop at Morrisons for breakfast. We were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional quality and service we received.

Our order included two freshly brewed coffees, three delectable juices, four delectable vegan breakfasts, and one mini vegan breakfast. Each item was prepared with meticulous attention to detail, resulting in a delectable and satisfying experience.

The portion sizes were generously generous, and the overall quality of the food was exceptional, especially considering the reasonable price point. The staff were friendly, attentive, and created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

In conclusion, Morrisons in Bude provided an ideal start to our day. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”
