However, Tracey, was able to serve me and give me advice while dealing with the families. She was informative and positive and used her initiative to make suggestions about what I was looking for. I found a great pair of work shoes. I was really pleased because this was in such a contrast to different shops I have been in recently, where assistants don't don't use their initiative and show you similar styles or colours.”
