Friday peak shopping time & only 2 out of a long line of tills open. Spent more time queuing to pay than I did shopping. Manager quoted staff shortages but was sat in his office instead of helping out. Staff are generally good & helpful but cutbacks are taking their toll at this store.

I know they can be a little more expensive than others, but the different items on the shelf, draw me in. And the shelves are never empty, regardless of time. A massive supermarket near to plenty of transport links, it's about a 5 minute walk from Warrington Central Station, and there's a bus stop outside, as well as a huge car park which is free to use and has a couple of Pod Point charge points.
