The way the staff speak to people is disgraceful. They cause stress to customers because they don’t admit when they are wrong. If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely shocking.

Warrington Santander is now a shell of a bank, no counter service and one of the cash machines inside not working today. Instead of having staff just standing there, get the counter back open. I wont be a customer there for much longer.....Pointless high street bank.
