Absolutely useless. If you get the opportunity, go and bank at Lloyds.Holding up our house purchase because they can't print off a H2B statement. Told us it would take us 1 working day to receive it. Now they've told us (after going on branch 4 days later) that the company they use to produce statement has gone bump. Unwilling...

Needed my bank statements for 31/01/24 to do my tax return for 22/23Went into the bank weeks ago to get told they have to be ordered if over 15 month old. I do this every year at the one in runcorn no problem.Was told i would have them posted within 10 days. Still havnt recieved them. Used to like Nationwide
